Meet Tom Washburn

Tom has been a full time broker associate for over 11 years and has helped 100’s of highly satisfied clients achieve their goals and dreams of home ownership and real estate investing. With his knowledge of home building and remodeling, his clients rely on him for sound advice in the home buying, selling and renovating processes.  Prior to Real Estate Tom gained 24 years of diverse experience in management and leadership with Hewlett Packard Company where he held numerous management and Director roles positions in Quality and Customer Service and Support.  As a resident of Colorado for over 40 years, he has owned and managed various types of residential and commercial real estate during that time.  Tom has Associates and Bachelors Degrees in Biology and numerous real estate certifications to help stay on top of our local real estate market and trends.
